Northwestern Medical Center's mission is to provide exceptional healthcare for our community and we are currently recruiting for a Full-time Team Member Services Assistant opportunity.
EXPECTED HOURS/SHIFT: Full-Time (80 hours bi-weekly), generally Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
The Team Member Services Assistant serves as the first point of contact for the Team Member Services Department, serving the needs of our team members and community. The TMS Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources, Professional and Organizational Development, and Team Member Health departments within the team member services division.
Experience: Previous experience in HR and/or as a Medical Assistant is preferred.
Other: Excellent computer, interpersonal, and organizational skills required. Able to problem solve and suggest improvements to work processes. Must perform work with a high level of accuracy. Previous experience with electronic medical records is preferred—ability to handle confidential matters as well as flexibility to meet changing priorities. Advanced Microsoft Office skills are required.
