Lang Financial, an established Financial Planning/Wealth Management Firm is seeking an entry level Clint Experience Associate to add to their team.
We are looking for an individual who is a team player, willing to learn and adapt in their role as the company grows. The role will entail the responsibilities of multiple roles that focus on client service to assist company growth.

OVERALL FUNCTION
A Client Experience Associate specializes in client service and supporting the financial advisor as they focus on building their practice and client relationships. They also ensure the continuation of an efficient, effective, organized, and compliant office. This individual is a liaison between the network office and home office as well as the financial representative and clients.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT (reports directly to Client Experience Director)
- Handle case notes, process correspondence, and maintain client case files.
- File new statements, account forms and other insurance/investment-related materials
- Answer and direct telephone calls as appropriate
- Input data, print proposals and gather information at direction of financial representative in preparation for client/prospect meeting
- Contact clients to set up follow-up meetings with representative
- Contact clients to confirm receipt of forms or request return of completed form and maintain current client information
- Prepare/print letters of instruction for client signature
- Receive, log and forward checks and related paperwork to the network and home office investment operation areas
CLIENT SERVICE SUPPORT (reports directly to Client Experience Director)
- Actively participate in conservation of existing business by providing excellent client service
- Respond to information requests for current clients and prospects
- Process policy-owner requests, such as loan requests, changes to beneficiaries, address changes, ISA service requests, etc.)
- Contact and advise clients regarding sales and service-related issues
- Gather information for registered representative’s meeting with clients/prospects and enter data into planning software
- Prepare account summaries for clients
- Work with network office, home office and clients to resolve client account issues
- Follow established internal processes to assist with client management.
PROCESSING ACCOUNTS (reports to Investment Operations Director)
- Preparing and processing all paperwork needed for investment/advisory accounts
- Identifying need for switch letter and mailing appropriate forms to clients
- Discussing potential rollover opportunities from other retirement plans for variable and mutual funds
- Receiving and forwarding checks and related paperwork to investment operations area
- Processing proposal amendments in Envestnet
- Monitoring Envestnet for alerts and upcoming annual reviews
- Processing and monitoring funding of advisory account and asset transfers to ensure selected asset allocation is implemented
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AS NEEDED
- As a member of a small team, it is expected that the CEA will accept additional responsibilities not listed or included in this position description
- The ability effectively and efficiently be responsible for multiple responsibilities
- The AFR’s growth within the organization is directly affected by their ability to accept and excel in additional responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Health and Life licensed or gain licensing within 3 months of employment
- Willing to gain SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 (in applicable states) registrations
- Financial Service or Insurance industry experience preferred
- Experience in administrative support or customer service, preferably in the financial services and/or insurance industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications and data entry and information retrieval software
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills and ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to proactively identify what needs to be accomplished and take action as appropriate
- Has interest in learning on a continuous basis
- Ability to embrace change and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Able to work within normal operating hours as determined by Lang Financial
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
- Base pay range $40,00.00/year to $65,000.00/year, depending on experience
- Potential Profit Sharing based upon revenue growth of the company (after 90 days)
- 1 week of PTO in the first year, 2 weeks of PTO after one year
