Description:
Temporary worker will be a team player who is utilized on a project that focuses on collection, indexing, and archiving/dispositioning (as applicable) site records/documents which have been generated during project phase (e.g., validation, VTOPs, ETOPs, etc.).
Job Responsibilities/Deliverables:
• Train and gain access to the Client RMS (Records Management System); after which, to collaborate with department stakeholders to transmit, collect/receive, verify and archive applicable site records/documents.
• Note that 'archive' will include boxing/prepping for shipping to offsite storage (or another Client’s site) location.
Desired Qualifications:
• 2 years experience (working in a regulated industry (preferably GxP), basic Microsoft Excel functions, and experience in a document control or records management capacity.
• Minimum education will include AS degree in a Science or Business major.
• Ability to stand for up to 4 hours
• sit at a computer for 4-8 hours
• lift up to 50lbs
• Position has a possibility of being extended as/if project timelines shift, but not to exceed 12 months
