Resident Care Assistant (RCA)

Hello Job Seekers! Ready for something new and refreshing? If so, keep reading....Nouis Home Care is a licensed assisted-living facility located in downtown Little Falls, MN. We're seeking individuals to work part-time flex shift shift (mainly 2pm-10pm and every once in a while 7am-2pm). Once you're fully trained you'll have the option of a set schedule or you can choose a flexible schedule that gels with your needs.

No experience necessary. We provide paid training. Excellent starting wage - more if you already have prior verifiable experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to residents in their daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions and minimize challenging behaviors.

Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in home care or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of systems for documenting resident care activities (Huge plus if you know how to use Rtasks!)
