Job Function:

To be responsible for crafting and implementing sales strategies aimed at advancing fabrication services and attaining revenue objectives. The position involves guiding a team of sales experts and nurturing connections with pivotal clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales targets for fabrication services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fabrication sector, including new markets, industries, and partnerships.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend changes to product offerings and sales strategies.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, and present findings to senior management.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the fabrication or manufacturing industry.
• Deep understanding of fabrication processes, technologies, and industry trends.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
