Responsabilit e qualifiche :
What awaits you :
- Manage and secure supply chain of Direct Materials for the European plant operations without any interruption and with special focus on Coatings as critical materials.
- Manage strong and closed relationship with suppliers, external and internal stakeholders, and business partners . Foster strategic long-term relationship through negotiations with key suppliers, single or sole source suppliers. Develop multiple sources according the Novelis needs and market opportunities.
- Monitor, review and analyze market developments and develop the right procurement and negotiation strategy for Novelis accordingly.
- Deliver lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), through definition and execution of Pipeline and Value Savings.
- Working effectively across functions to execute operational and process optimization in collaboration with external and external business partners, customers and suppliers applying professional project management skills.
- Deliver excellence in Procurement Commercial Execution ensuring adherence to Procurement and Company Policies , establishing commercial discipline, effectively executing the contract authorization processes.
- Deliver Continuous Improvement through innovation applying continuous improvement methodologies and driving procurement projects.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for the categories in scope based on a rigorous analysis of spend value, draft the respective plan working across functional teams to ensure support and gain commitment, lead implementation and execute RFX processes according to the defined strategy, review and adjust strategy as needed.
- Represent and Live the Novelis cultural values.
- Follow, support and execute the Novelis Europe Strategy , Global and Regional Procurement Strategy with special focus on Sustainability.
