How You'll Perform the RoleKey Responsibilities:
- Windows desktop updates
- SCCM and Intune projects on their system applications
- Exposure to MS Office tools through end-user support
- Asset management update and installation of updates to ServiceNow, audit and verify assets
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
- Interest in working with information software and propensity to adapt to technology easily.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas, points of view and recommendations to management.
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills.
- Project management skills a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidential information is a requirement.
Preferred majors:
Rising Juniors or Seniors obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
