ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Website Development: Build, update, and optimize website pages and user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .NET, python and other relevant technologies.
- Content Management Systems (CMS): Configure and customize WordPress and Experience by Kentico implementations to meet business and user requirements.
- Collaborative Projects: Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT Ops, Operations) to gather requirements, prototype ideas, and implement design and functional improvements.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure websites are responsive, performant, and optimized for search engine visibility and user experience.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Identify and fix front-end issues and bugs, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing (functional, cross-browser, and responsive) to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Continual Learning & Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, front-end frameworks, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement best practices.
- Associate's degree or higher education in Web Development, Web Design, or other related studies preferred; or equivalent professional experience.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, Kentico, Sitefinity, or Sitecore.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and version control.
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices and performance optimization.
- Exposure to agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
- Experience working with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD a plus.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) a plus.
