Job description : Role DescriptionThis position is in the Charlotte office. The Sr. Civil Project Manager will oversee day-to-day project management tasks including oversight on all design phases for land development projects, from conception through completion, including the following : develop and implement best practices, innovative solutions, and quality control measures; manage tasks on the development of construction drawings, specifications, engineering calculations, and construction services including review of submittals, responding to RFIs and construction inspections; and ensure projects meet all technical specifications, budgets, timelines, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications : Minimum of 10 years of total experience in Land Development design.Direct experience within the Charlotte and Mecklenburg County market is preferred, not required.Excellent organization, written and communication skills.Ability to manage clients, projects, staff and work in team environment.Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related degree.PE License is required.
