Pay: $22.50/hr
Summary:
Role involves working with Office of Real Estate and assisting with a large-scale project that involves an overall process/system improvement that will capture accurate leasing information used to properly manage leases and manage revenue collection.
Work with the Office of Real Estate on a large-scale project as they transition to a new process/system that will accurately track leasing information and facilitate managing properties and revenue collection. This role will essentially be reviewing the data for accuracy before the new process/system is implemented. Attention to detail and strong organizations skills are required. Familiarity with leasing agreements would be ideal.
- Assist with identifying, track and calculate rental increases (CPI)
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining the inventory and renewal of leases and licenses
- Assist in the management of real estate agreements
