Job Description :
- Need one 12 Years experienced strong with exp. in DotNet or Java
- Understanding Product roadmap, Technical scope of the project
- Ensure timely delivery for Scrum / Kanban teams
- Setup all Agile ceremonies in the project
- Effective in knowledge transfer from on-site to off-shore
- Effectively engage the client on daily basis
- Should be able to handle technical discussions with architects and propose improvement ideas
- Should be effective communicator and present status updates to key stakeholders
- Should be able to lead Thinking Breakthrough sessions to effectively solve business problems
Must have skills : Agile Coaching, Kanban, Programming knowledge (Capable), Scrum Master
