Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for engaging with clients and fostering strong relationships to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities
- Coordinating client-facing affairs including, but not limited to: Events, client office visits, site lunches, and gifts
- Tracking leads and project information by updating the CRM
- Keeping track of the communication in internal team group texts and chats
- Being boots on the ground in the office
- Sending out proposals and documents as instructed by the Account Manager if they are out on the road
- Accounting/tracking new Change Orders on existing projects
- Inputting projects into PipeDrive
- Maintaining project follow-ups and reminders
Requirements
- Interpersonal skills to engage in client-facing affairs
- Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
