What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Nuciforo Law Group LLC?
We are seeking a talented Attorney with 2-4 years of experience in general civil litigation and real estate (commercial experience preferred, but residential also considered). This is a hybrid position based in the Berkshires (Pittsfield, MA), requiring at least 3 days in the office. Ideal candidate should be a member of the Massachusetts Bar and possess exceptional writing skills, as you will be responsible for handling a variety of cases, drafting legal documents, appearing in state courts and municipal permitting forums, and and providing expert legal counsel to clients. You will meet a billable hour requirement of 1,350 hours annually, with flexible hours to support work-life balance.
We are a small but well established firm with offices in both the Berkshires and Boston. Our practice is dynamic and collaborative.
We offer competitive compensation of $80,000 - $120,000 annually, with a 50% health insurance split, generous PTO and a growth oriented, supportive work environment.
