Position Overview:

As a Window Cleaning Technician at Nueva Window Pros, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining windows, window sills, and trims for residential homes. We are looking for highly detail-oriented, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and can provide a friendly, professional experience to our customers. This is a hands-on role that requires both technical skill and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door sales for window and gutter cleaning services in assigned territories.
• Present service offerings to potential customers, emphasizing the benefits of our cleaning and protection solutions.
• Build rapport and develop strong relationships with homeowners.
• Work closely with your team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset and deliver exceptional customer service and positive interactions.
• Accurately track leads, report sales, and follow up on potential opportunities.
• Clean windows, window sills, and trims for residential clients, ensuring a spotless finish.
• Utilize specialized cleaning tools and techniques to provide streak-free results. Including but not limited to Brush & Squeegee, Water-fed Poles, Hard Water Removal, etc.
• Properly apply various spot-free drying products and application of window protective treatments.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with clients.
• Maintain a professional appearance while cleaning and working on job-sites.
• Ensure all work areas are cleaned and organized after the job is completed.
• Properly maintain and clean window cleaning equipment
• Work efficiently within a team to meet daily cleaning targets.

Compensation & Benefits:

• On-Target Earnings: $4,000 /month.

• Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting equipment for extended periods.
