Job Summary:

Nulixir is seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for handling materials, supporting daily warehouse activities, and ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining high standards of organization and productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Efficiently handle and move materials using power equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and other necessary tools.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by adhering to Nulixir’s cleanliness and safety standards.
• Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, storing, and tracking inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse supervisors and team members to streamline operations and address any issues that arise.
• Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality, reporting any discrepancies or damages promptly.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives aimed at improving warehouse processes and increasing overall efficiency.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately build, package, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure timely delivery to our customers.

Skills and Qualifications

• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Materials Handling Proficiency: Skilled in various materials handling techniques relevant to Nulixir’s operations.
• Equipment Experience: Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and cranes.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management to maintain high-quality standards.
• Team Player: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to changing priorities and handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Effecient communication - bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Previous experience in a warehouse setting, preferably in a similar industry.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing systems.
• Handyman work, technician or mechanical skills
• Experience in the Food & Beverage industry

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
