We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse and distribution operations. Duties
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping products efficiently.
- Develop and implement demand planning strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
- Monitor production planning activities to ensure timely fulfillment of orders while minimizing costs.
- Prepare and manage budgets related to warehouse operations, including profit and loss analysis.
- Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, shipments, and operational performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role within a distribution center environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and logistics operations.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes, profit and loss analysis, and demand planning methodologies.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive continuous performance improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail in managing inventory levels and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Certification in operating power equipment, tools, and vehicles.
- Experience in training and developing warehouse team members.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues as they arise.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during daily operations.
- Demonstrated success in team management and leadership within a warehouse setting.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on precision and detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments.
Preferred:
- Bilingual: English and Spanish fluency.
