Respiratory Therapist - Travel Position

Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

Nurse First is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in South Carolina.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. As a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory care to patients with a range of respiratory conditions, including asthma, COPD, and pneumonia.
• Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and peak flow measurements.
• Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest respiratory care techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
• 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
