General Manager

This General Manager will serve as a point of contact between centralized operations and their Center. This onsite position is located in Cleveland, OH.

This General Manager role comes with a starting range of salary of $65k to $75k and this opportunity would include eligibility for our full range of benefits that include health, dental, vision, parental leave, employer contributions to 401K, PTO, holiday pay, and more!

Responsibilities

• Ensuring company's best practices are in place
• Administers and enforces company policies and procedures
• Working closely with the associate doctors to communicate company objectives
• Serve as a point of contact between centralized operations and their Center
• Ensure compliance in the Center based on OSHA and HIPPA guidelines
• Lead inspire and train team
• Facilitate training for center staff on new best practices
• Drive a productive schedule for their Center
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-5 year management experience in dental or medical field
• Must have experience with OSHA and HIPPA Compliance Standards
• Experience with OpenDental management Software preferred
• 2 plus years experience as a training facilitator
