What You’ll Do:
- Engage and Assist: Conduct windshield inspections, assist customers with setting up glass claims, and manage promotions or concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Promote and Educate: Showcase services that meet customers’ needs while maintaining honesty and transparency in every interaction.
- Stay Informed: Participate in client meetings and webinars to stay on top of product knowledge, customer acquisition techniques, and sales initiatives.
- Contribute Ideas: Share feedback on improving processes and enhancing customer retention strategies.
- Maintain Records: Collect and secure customer information like emails, phone numbers, and addresses with confidentiality and care.
- Close Deals: Be prepared to answer questions, address objections, and confidently close sales when necessary.
