What you’ll Do
A great Principal Dynamics 365 Software Engineer has a comprehensive understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform and strong leadership skills that foster collaboration to meet objectives and goals as a team. Below is just a summary of the types of functions we will ask you to perform. However, in reality, there will be many more - some fun and exciting, some less so, but ultimately they support the greater mission:

• Lead the technical design of solutions utilizing Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
• Work with system analysts to understand and translate requirements into innovative, flexible, secure, and cost effective solutions
• Collaborate with internal application teams to understand existing data structures and processes
• Create clear and consise technical design documentation for engineers to follow
• Assist and mentor engineers with both technical and non-technical skills
• Work with platform managers and architects to ensure solutions meet enterprise technology standards and strategy

What Skills and Experiences are Required

• 5 years Microsoft Dynamics or Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM entities, workflows, and security
• Experience with data integration and migration from external systems to Dynamics using SSIS, Kingswaysoft, and the Dynamics SDK
• Experince extending Dynamics functionality with Plugins, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Experience with C#, .NET, Javascript, and Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with Azure cloud services such as Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and Blob Storage
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and analysis skills
• Ability to think independently and be solution driven
• Experience working in an agile development environment
