Six years of full time technical experience; two years must have been in one of the following estimating areas: architectural, electrical or mechanical/plumbing; the remaining year may have been in any one or combination of technical construction related areas or a satisfactory combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities include:
- Confers with a broad range of technical, professional, and managerial personnel as well as designers, consultants, and contractors to coordinate and establish a cost estimate.
- Reviews change orders for conformance with Authority requirements and quality standards.
- Reviews quantities and types of materials to be included on Authority work (costs of materials, labor, site preparation, methods of performing the work) and the economic factors affecting a project.
- May participate in cost negotiations.
- Performs related duties, as assigned.

- Incumbent Rate: $68,810 - $93,250
