- Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers and service personnel.
- Assist all customers (on the phone and in-person) with basic product and dealership information.
- Assist customers in choosing companion and specialty parts.
- Increase add-on sales.
- Work directly with the Parts Manager and other Department Managers to increase overall sales and service.
- Assume other duties as required.
- This is a Full-Time Position that will report to the Parts Manager and requires a responsible candidate who is professional and punctual.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with auto parts sales preferred, but willing to train the right person.
- People focused and obsessed with providing great customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Valid and current Driver's License with ability to maintain a good driving record.
