Boba Barista

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled, independently motivated, enthusiastic Bubble Tea Barista to join our team and create a delightful experience for our customers. As a Bubble Tea Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of delicious bubble tea beverages while providing exceptional customer service. You will also assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace and contribute to the overall success of the bubble tea bar.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of bubble tea beverages according to customer preferences and established recipes.
• Maintain knowledge of various tea flavors, toppings, and combinations to guide customers in selecting their desired beverage.
• Take customer orders, process payments accurately, and ensure efficient order flow.
• Ensure quality control by consistently following standard operating procedures and using appropriate ingredients and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regularly cleaning equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering their questions, and providing product recommendations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation of the bubble tea bar.
• Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and notifying the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Passion for bubble tea and knowledge of different tea flavors and toppings.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide friendly and prompt service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items (e.g., bags of ingredients).
