Content Producer

Commercial Observer is seeking an experienced Content Producer to expand development and execution of its custom content and events. As Content Producer, you will play an integral role in the expansion of the Commercial Observer Brand Studio by learning our clients’ business needs and transforming them into industry-defining thought leadership.

Partnering with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations, you will act as the main point of contact for some of the most influential and innovative commercial real estate leaders at our strategic brand partners. This is a unique opportunity to combine your commercial real estate expertise with creative thinking and attention to detail in order to deliver engaging content campaigns that encompass videos, articles, events and social promotions.

Responsibilities

• Use sales insights to brief freelance writers and manage the development of custom thought starters and series ideas that highlight client objectives.
• Oversee the preparation and on-schedule execution of production timelines in collaboration with Marketing, Revenue Operations and Clients.
• Develop and maintain a database of freelance writers, videographers and graphic designers to ensure seamless project fulfillment.
• Lead project kick off calls to onboard new content partners and contributors while aligning stakeholder objectives.
• Manage communication with Clients to obtain brand assets needed for production.
• Review and provide input on article drafts, video cuts and creative assets to ensure they meet brand standards and align with Commercial Observer’s overall content strategy.
• Coordinate feedback and approval of custom content between Marketing, Clients and freelance talent.
• Support the Commercial Observer Events Business through event programming, speaker solicitation, and marketing and content alignment.
• Host speaker prep calls for events, communicating content direction to speakers and panelists, and supporting session moderators through the drafting of session questions and talking points.
• Write scripts and executive remarks that are timely, thoughtful and engaging for custom programs and events.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience working in the commercial real estate industry.
• 5 Content production experience
• Genuine passion for real estate and enthusiasm for developing and executing creative content campaigns.
• Polished client communications and an executive presence, with experience collaborating with c-suite executives.
• Familiarity with content studios a diverse range of content formats, including sponsored articles, in-person and virtual events, podcasts, sponsored articles, white papers, videos and digital shorts.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• The ability to inspire teams and operate effectively in a high-paced environment.

Compensation Range - $70K - $130K per year
