Job Details
Orthopedics Unit LGMH CB11 - 1202115
Neuro / Ortho surgical experience specifically required; Must have a minimum of one travel contract completed to be submitted; 2 years experience required
Ortho / Trauma skills required
Patient Diagnoses : Multi-trauma, seizure, GSW, Falls, TBI, stroke, sepsis, psych, epidural hematomas, epidural hemorrhage, cerebral edema, Ortho related trauma- not elective, encephalopathy
Special Procedures : Craniotomy, Spinal Fusions, ORIF, muscle flaps, skin grafts, AKA, BKA, IM nails, external fixators, spinal stimulators
Current / valid Drivers License / State ID or government photo ID required
Schedule Information
Contract Length : 8 weeks

Additional Details
BLS - AHA ONLY. RQI is accepted. If certification expires within 30 days of start, renewal must be completed prior to start date.
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required for the following specialties : Nursing, Cath Lab, CCU, CVICU, Dialysis, Endoscopy / GI, ER, ICU, MICU, Neuro ICU, Outpatient Surgery, PACU, Pre-Op, SICU, Transplant
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support may be required for some ED roles
State License Verification required within 30 days of start. All candidates must have an active LA License or Compact License upon submission effective immediately.
