What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool Program Manager position at OCONEE PRESCHOOL ACADEMY?
Oconee Preschool Academy is currently seeking dedicated, honest, hard working, experienced Assistant Director.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals with great communication skills to support our families and staff while making a difference in the lives of our young children. Applicant must have effective organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
The ideal candidate must meet the requirements set forth by Bright from the Start including educational background and clear criminal background checks. In addition, he/she must meet the physical requirements and have proficient computer skills in business related software programs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining accurate accounting and confidentiality of the center child care software.
- Perform administrative duties, including licensing compliance of staff/children files, enforcing policy compliance, staff training requirements.
- Adhere to OPA health and safety procedures for the well being of children and staff.
- Market the program, providing tours and representing the company in the community.
- Manage classroom scheduling of children/staff.
- Be a positive role model and peer coach to staff of 25-30 employees.
- Assist cook in planning and purchasing balanced, nutritious meals within company guidelines.
- Drive a multi-functional bus/van (14 passengers).
- Function in any capacity needed with the child care facility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
