General Summary : This position will support and assist with Odessa College’s Academic Partnerships area.
Specific Position Duties : Answering phone calls, helping with audits, forwarding / answering emails, messaging students with our messaging software, assisting with graduation, and other customer service duties.
Minimum Qualifications : Customer service skills. Ability to communicate effectively via telephone, chat, and in person. High school diploma or equivalent.
