Our mission is to guide our Business Management Trainees in building long-lasting relationships with our renowned clients, developing key fundamentals in business operations, and transforming their skill sets into effective leadership qualities. We understand that our interns won’t be industry experts to start, but we expect them to make up for that by having the disposition to learn and use their business class knowledge to contribute to the team! We are looking for energetic, driven, and detail-oriented individuals with a passion for communications, business, leadership, client relations & sales.
What does a Business Management Trainee do?
- Train alongside senior business representatives cross-functionally in Sales, Management, and Consulting
- Act as a direct liaison between our clients and their consumers and open lines of communication
- Develop product knowledge on our client’s sales campaigns, products, services, and sale promotions
- Collaborate with fellow business professionals, representatives, trainees, and interns on effective sales approaches and sales techniques
- Attend all conference meetings and training sessions to enhance further leadership skills utilized in business management and consulting
- Build rapport with potential clients through positive engagement and representation
- Answer any questions our consumers may have regarding our client’s products and services professionally
- Take greater responsibility as time progresses throughout the internship
What does it take to be a Business Management Trainee?
- At least 1-2 years of experience working in Marketing, Sales, Management, Consulting, or other business-related field preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree (or in progress) in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or other related fields preferred
- Adaptable to working in fast-paced environments
- Flexible working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Positive, ambitious, and competitive demeanor
- Student mentality and looking to grow leadership qualities
- Solution-oriented and takes the initiative to problem-solve challenges
- Team-spirited and a natural communicator in social settings

Pay: $56,640.00 - $61,423.00 per year
