Step into a rewarding role as an STNA Preceptor, where you’ll have the incredible opportunity to mentor and inspire new State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) in delivering exceptional patient care. In this dynamic position, you’ll assist residents with daily living activities and create a safe, supportive environment while guiding our newly licensed STNAs to success.
STNA Job Summary:
You will lead, direct, and coach new employees while simultaneously providing care to your patients. Your role will be to coach new employees through on the job training. You are responsible for transferring the knowledge, skills, and abilities consistent with the Ohman Family standard of living.

Your Qualifications:
- Active STNA license
- At least 12 months of STNA experience
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care
