Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate learning for 3rd and 4th grade students.
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans that ensure grade-level proficiency.
- Track and assess students’ academic and developmental progress.
- Implement Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports within the classroom.
- Engage actively in professional development initiatives.
- Participate in Professional Learning Communities to enhance collaborative practices.
- Foster strong relationships with parents, families, and community members.
- Uphold professionalism at all times.
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the building principal.
- Michigan Math EX Teaching Certification.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in engaging with children.
- In-depth knowledge of effective Montessori pedagogy.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and professional atmosphere among colleagues.

- Proven passion for working with children.

- Competitive salary range determined by the Master Agreement: \(43,489 - \)61,951.
