Join the Oklahoma City Thunder and gain hands-on experience in fan development, data management, and digital marketing! As an Associate, you will assist in the execution and activation of fan engagement strategies through various channels such as short message service (SMS) sends, digital platform updates, and data-driven fanbase growth initiatives. Join our team in this part-time role for the 2024-25 season and help enhance the fan experience in professional sports marketing!

In this role you will:

  • Assist with pulling and cleaning data from multiple sources to enhance fan engagement strategies
  • Support the execution of digital fan touchpoint strategies through SMS and direct email tactics
  • Perform manual updates of digital platforms, both in the arena and online
  • Contribute to digital engagement strategies that provide gamification touchpoints to fans
  • Help manage in-venue lead generation and digital in-seat engagement platforms during all Thunder home games
  • Assist with managing data submissions from fan programs and lead generation campaigns
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

Additional details:

This is an in-person, part-time hourly position reporting to the Fan Journey Strategist. The work schedule requires 15-20 hours per week during office hours, as well as all Thunder home games and potential post-season events. The primary work location is the Paycom Center in downtown Oklahoma City. This role requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel. Physical demands include walking, standing for extended periods, and lifting or carrying heavy items. The work environment includes both office and event settings, indoor and outdoor, which may involve loud noise, music, flashing lights, and inclement weather.
