Minimum Qualifications:
Level II:
This position is assigned to the Mobile Offices and is responsible for providing social services to children and adults in communities on the Mobile Offices. Duties include evaluating needs, assisting clients through problem resolution, making referrals to other service organizations, and completing eligibility determinations for various social service and assistance programs. Providing guidance and assistance regarding laws, policies, and procedures related to social safety net programs.

- Education and Experience requirements consist of a bachelor’s degree;
- ORan associate’s degree plus two years of clerical office work in a business, public sector, or social work environment
- ORan equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one additional year of experience in professional business, public sector, or social work environment for each year of the bachelor’s degree

- Participates in staff conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings for the purpose of determining successful pathways for client success in reaching their individual goals and achieving self-sufficiency
- Establish, engage, and grow positive and effective community partnerships with interested members of the public, service providers and vendors in a supportive and teamwork-oriented professional manner; works effectively with partners to serve shared customers while maintaining confidentiality
- Preference may be given to candidates who are bilingual. _________
