Warehouse Associate

Oklahoma Embroidery Supply and Design (OESD) is looking for a skilled Warehouse Shipping Associate to join our team. If you enjoy working in a casual, team-orientated environment, have two or more years of warehouse experience, and are customer-focused with warehouse experience, OESD will be a great work environment for you.

The Shipping Associate will be responsible for packing products into appropriate shipping containers. Checking orders for accuracy and reporting any discrepencies. Create shipping labels and print invoices for shipment. Checking inventory and place on shelf in appropriate locations.

This is a full time role working Monday through Thursday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, with an early Friday schedule working 8:00am to noon on Fridays.

Essential Functions

• Confirm picking totes against pick ticket within the computer network.
• Pack product into shipping container in a manner that ensures safe delivery.
• Provide any value-added packing for sensitive products.
• Scan pick document at shipping station, create shipping label, affix label to packing container.
• Print customer invoice, add to container and secure package for shipment.
• Responsible for participating in inventory accuracy by completing daily cycle counts.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse environment in accordance with department standards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Customer-focused, adaptable to change, and comfortable in fast-paced environment
• Two or more years of warehouse experience
• Must be flexible and able to work overtime
• Good communication skills; able to read, write, and speak in English
• Must be teamwork oriented
• Must be detail oriented
• Must have basic math and computer skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in using shipping systems (USPS, FedEx, UPS)
