Job Overview: The detail oriented candidate for this position will be responsible for assisting Commercial Bankers with developing and maintaining a relationship portfolio.
The candidate for this position will be responsible for:
- Providing direction and support to the lending staff and servicing new/existing business loan and deposit portfolios
- Ensuring the relationships meet compliance and regulatory standards
- Facilitating daily customer requests in correspondence with Fidelity Bank expectations
Requirements for the position include:
- A high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Experience developing business and/or customer relationships
- The ability to work flexible and/or late hours
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
- Experience in Business Lending
