As a full-time Insurance Follow Up Rep, you will work Monday - Friday , 8a - 5p. This department is located on the 25th floor. This position qualifies for our full benefits package as well as our rewarding discretionary quarterly bonuses!
The Insurance Follow Up Rep is responsible for management of accounts to ensure prompt payment. Will contact patients and insurance companies to expedite payment.
What’s required of you? High School diploma or equivalent.
Do I need experience? Two years of experience in medical collections, hospital collections preferred.
Specialty Knowledge Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of medical office terminology. Computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and data entry skills.
