We are growing and looking for a friendly, service-driven, outgoing team member to help us fulfill our mission: “Making a positive difference in our neighbors' lives!” This full-time Teller position is located at our Donelson branch and offers a robust benefits package.

Typical working hours: 7:45 AM - 4:00* PM Monday-Thursday, 7:45 AM - 5:00* PM Fridays

• plus time to wrap up and close, which varies by day

Duties/Expectations:

• Must be able to accurately count cash and balance a teller drawer daily
• Will learn to perform basic account maintenance on member accounts
• Will learn to scan along with other daily responsibilities
• Offer/suggest products and/or services to members
• Must be outgoing and able to have discussions with our members regarding their needs
• Must work well with others in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Punctual and reliable
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in use of PCs (Windows computers), calculators and other office equipment
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• In addition to a background and credit check, candidates must be able to pass a drug screen
