Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Bartenders/Servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience. As a Servers you will be responsible serving customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash register duties.
• Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the food service or retail industry, preferably in a nightclub or bar setting.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and alcohol regulations is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
