Job Description

OLD REPUBLIC TITLE

Summary: Open incoming VA file requests from Title Agents, ensuring the accuracy of all information provided before then assigning to a Vendor Abstractor for completion of VA title work. Work as a liaison between the Abstractors and Title Agents when questions arise. Work closely with all Vendor Abstractors to ensure deadlines and turnaround times are met.

• Upload completed title work and all trailing documents to their respective files. Proficiency in verbal and written communication is vital.
• Strong organizational skills, time management and the ability to prioritize tasks is essential.
• Prior abstracting/title search experience is highly beneficial for this role as it provides the foundation of understanding the process from start to finish.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in VA title examination.
• Experience in MD/DC title examination is a plus.
• Commercial experience is a plus.
• Experience in RamQuest is a plus.
• Remote working arrangement is possible for the right candidate.
