Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production, kitchen management, and team leadership.
Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including overseeing food preparation, cooking, and service
- Ensure high-quality food production and presentation standards are consistently met
- Supervise kitchen staff and counter staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Implement and maintain restaurant policies and procedures
- Train new employees on restaurant procedures and safety guidelines
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1 years restaurant management experience
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a problem-solving attitude
