What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Property Claims Adjuster - Residential position at Oliver James Associates?
A leading insurance carrier is looking to hire a Field Property Claims Adjuster for their Residential Property team. In this technical role, you will be responsible for handling wide ranging residential property claims by conducting field visits across the state of North Dakota. Claims will range from weather damages, building collapses and other property damage types all within the residential/personal property market.
Experience / Skills required:
- 3 years experience field claims experience within personal lines property
- Experience handling a range of residential property damages including weather damages
- Experience working with an insurance carrier or leading TPA as a claims adjuster
- Experience with coverage including writing coverage letters
- Experience managing key business & customer relationships
- Adjuster License in multiple states - highly beneficial
- Must be based in the state of North Dakota and be flexible to travel for field visits
This role is FULLY REMOTE with field visits 3 times per week across North Dakota, with a base salary of $65,000 - $75,000 company vehicle and annual bonus. There is also an excellent progression plan to large loss residential adjuster.
