POSITION DESCRIPTION
- Proficiency in computer aided design (CAD) with demonstrated experience with computer aided drafting applications to originate and produce drawings of advanced complexity.
- Ability to review and direct work by other designers of advanced complexity using 3D model.
- Must have the ability to walk down field systems with minimal guidance, interpret field direction, generate advanced design details, and create new drawings, modify existing drawings.
Qualifications
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Must have accredited two (2) years degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and twenty (20) years work-related. experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to twenty-two (22) years if non-degreed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must have a working knowledge of Federal (including Department of Energy Orders), State, and Local codes and standards applicable to mechanical engineering design.
- Progressive experience in drafting design related to Engineering and Construction (nuclear industry preferred).
- 3D modeling experience required, SmartPlant (S3D preferred).
- Ability to work in a diverse work environment.
- Satisfactory results of a pre-employment screening, which includes a background check and drug screening.

LOCATION
Position will be 100% onsite in Greenville, SC.
(Local candidates or willing to relocate at the candidate's expense).
