We are currently seeking an experienced Government Travel Consultant for our growing and busy Call Center located in Jacksonville, NC. Minimum of 3 years travel agent/consultant experience required. Home based virtual and in-office positions available.
Primary Job Functions
Working knowledge of GDS Systems Sabre or Apollo
Make travel reservations; including airline, hotel, ground transportation
Process tickets, exchanges and refunds
Maintain industry & account information
Requirements:
Flexible with schedule
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills
3 years of travel agent/consultant experience
Demonstrated Sabre/Apollo proficiency
Demonstrated computer aptitude on a variety of Microsoft Office Products (Excel,Word,etc.)
Exceptional Internet skills for research
Self-Starter, Detail oriented and organized
