What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control position at Omega World Travel?
Quality Control
PURPOSE: To assist members of the development team with quality control duties of the online booking process to identify system errors and to ensure a smooth booking process flow.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Monitor the cruise booking engine process
Identify and report errors to the development team
Update new rate codes that are added to the system
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of the cruise industry is a plus
Attention to detail
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in teams
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Duties are performed in an office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table for up to 8 hours or more a day. This position requires the ability to use a computer keyboard, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.
