Essential Duties:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including oil and gas companies, drilling contractors, and service providers.
- Conduct regular site visits to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide expert knowledge on drilling/completions processes, rental equipment, and water hauling services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction, seeking feedback to improve service quality.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management personnel.
- Must have regular and timely attendance at work and/or customer properties.

Job Requirements:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively between ND, WY, and CO.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to the challenging environment oilfield locations.
- Must meet substance abuse screening requirement.
- Is willing and able to work overtime, shift work, rotating schedules, irregular hours, nights, weekends, and / or holidays as business needs may require.
- Physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities in position.
- Must pass pre-employment physical.
- Required safety training must be current.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically in drilling/completions and rental equipment and water hauling.
