Job Overview :
As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering customer relationships within your assigned geographic area. This position demands proactive collaboration with both customers and internal teams to meet and exceed annual sales objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
The Account Manager primary focus will be on the company portfolio products and services and will be responsible for the following :
- Sales Focus : Drive the sales of Reciprocating products, services, and parts, with an emphasis on reciprocating engines and compressors.
- Customer Engagement : Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Solution Communication : Present and promote innovations and technology solutions to address customer operational challenges.
- Strategy Development : Formulate and execute a sales strategy for targeted clients to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Collaboration : Partner with technical sales support to ensure successful sales execution and customer satisfaction.
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Microsoft Dynamics on a daily basis.
- Travel : Commit to approximately 70% travel within the assigned area to engage with customers and support sales efforts.
