- Develop data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and security across the organization.
- Lead the creation and implementation of visualizations that communicate complex cybersecurity information in an accessible format for various audiences.
- Optimize data processes to support real-time and predictive analytics initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring all efforts align with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering a collaborative environment across departments.

Qualifications:
- US Citizen (the nature of our contract requires employees be US citizens).
- A Top-Secret clearance is required.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 10 years of experience is required.
- Strong ability to lead projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
