Dispatcher

We are currently hiring for a Dispatcher to sit at our St. Paul location (Little Canada, MN.)

Responsibilities:

• Assign loads to drivers based on designated routes and driver location.
• Prepare, update and dispense the daily route schedule.
• Gather and maintain route sheet documentation for pick-ups (scheduled, missed, extra pick ups), route completions and driver locations.
• Ensure route completion via the driver check-in process.
• Report driver performance issues or concerns to appropriate management for resolution.
• Continues organizational support by following policies and procedures.
• Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; supports organizations goals and values
• Other duties assigned

Skills:

• Map reading and routing
• Professional phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask (answering phones, entering data, reading data )
• Strong computer skills

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay range $20.00 - $22.50/per hour
• 9:00am start time!
