As an HR Technical Trainer, you will be an essential part of the team, leading training initiatives to improve skills, knowledge, and performance across the organization. This role requires innovative approaches to training delivery, strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a focus on ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
- Develop and deliver Supervisor, Team Leader, Technician, and Operator training programs, in collaboration with departments such as Production, Engineering, Quality, and HR.
- Conduct training across multiple shifts, leveraging various formats, including hands-on sessions, virtual training, and workshops.
- Create engaging training materials, ensuring alignment with business needs and minimal disruption to operations.
- Assess new employee skill sets, provide feedback, and develop improvement plans.
- Partner with local industry experts to create apprenticeships and technical training programs.
- Track, evaluate, and improve training programs using company standards and Learning Management Systems (SuccessFactors).
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, or equivalent education and experience.
- 5 years of technical training experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual training tools.
- Knowledge of ISO9001 and IATF16949 standards is preferred.
- Strong communication, creativity, and interpersonal skills to deliver training effectively.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, and perform physical tasks like lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering technical training materials.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and ability to use personal protective equipment (PPE).
