- Research, develop, and optimize product design processes involving advanced plastics and ABS
- Oversee experiments, testing methods, and CAE analysis (ABAQUS, ANSYS, LS-Dyna) to identify and solve design issues
- Manage lab operations, equipment setup, and SOP documentation for safety and quality standards
- Conduct reverse engineering, product assessment, and benchmarking to enhance performance and durability
- Facilitate seminars and mentorship for junior staff while engaging with cross-functional stakeholders
- Communicate regularly with technical teams and propose innovative approaches aligned with future roadmaps
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, or related field
- 5 years of experience in product design, FEA/CAE analysis, and material testing
- Proven skill in software tools like ABAQUS (Script, Python), Hyperworks, CATIA, and ProE
- Strong background in thermoplastic material evaluation, fracture analysis, and advanced testing methods
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with OEM/Tier 1 partners in automotive, home appliance, or consumer sectors
- Effective communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities
