VoIP Technician

We are seeking a VOIP Tech And Installer to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for supporting 3CX voip phone systems.

We are a small business with a very enjoyable culture to work in. We are looking for someone to be a permanent fit on our team that can grow with us.

Compensation will raise consistently based on ability to handle customers and VOIP issues.

Responsibilities:

• Implement local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), intranets, extranets, and other data networks
• Develop and execute test plans to check infrastructure and system performance
• Perform network modeling and analysis
• Detect, diagnose, correct, and verify VOIP based issues
• Enforce policies for standardizing systems
• Provide end user support, with a focus on white glove customer service skills, for phone issues while accurately and thoroughly documenting

Qualifications:

• Must have a background or experience in IT. VoIP specific experience is not required.
• Some training will be provided, but a a core understanding is expected.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
