What are the responsibilities and job description for the VoIP Technician position at One Click Inc?
We are seeking a VOIP Tech And Installer to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for supporting 3CX voip phone systems.
We are a small business with a very enjoyable culture to work in. We are looking for someone to be a permanent fit on our team that can grow with us.
Compensation will raise consistently based on ability to handle customers and VOIP issues.
Responsibilities:
- Implement local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), intranets, extranets, and other data networks
- Develop and execute test plans to check infrastructure and system performance
- Perform network modeling and analysis
- Detect, diagnose, correct, and verify VOIP based issues
- Enforce policies for standardizing systems
- Provide end user support, with a focus on white glove customer service skills, for phone issues while accurately and thoroughly documenting
Qualifications:
- Must have a background or experience in IT. VoIP specific experience is not required.
- Some training will be provided, but a a core understanding is expected.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
